Cooper & Ella launched in Spring of 2013 with a focused capsule collection of women’s blouses; each style representing all I had been in search of for all those years - memorable, flattering pieces, truly special and versatile in design, yet affordable in price. In spring 2015, our collection expanded to include dresses.
