With visions of merging vintage and current denim trends, CURRENT/ELLIOTT was founded in 2008. Design duo Emily Current and Merritt Elliott partnered with chief creative officer Serge Azria to create a line that honored denim’s Americana roots, offering a timeless design and fit that is flattering for every body type. CURRENT/ELLIOTT is most widely within the industry for their work in introducing the boyfriend jean, a look that is sure to be a classic. Past design collaborations include: Charlotte Gainsbourg, DVF, Mary Katrantzou, and Marni.
